Where to buy pappardelle pasta?

by Sherrye
(Visalia,CA)

I can't seem to find 'pappardelle' pasta anywhere.

If I do, where would it be located in the stores?

Thank you!

Answer:

Hi Sherrye - wide ribbon-style 'pappardelle' is one of my very favorite long pasta shapes (it works great with chunky ragu-like sauces in particular). It is is usually stored with the rest of the packet pasta (I've never found it anywhere different), but not all stores stock it.

Don't worry though... if you can't find it in your local shop, there are a couple of places where you can order it online for quick delivery.

One of my favorite Italian food sites, Olive Nation, sells great quality egg-made pappardelle pasta here.

While on Amazon US there is a huge selection. Check out their pappardelle search results here.

Hope that helps!

Matt.
