Storing homemade pasta

by Sam
(NC)

Hello,

I would like to know about storing leftover homemade pasta.

Once I make the shapes and they are still uncooked, how can I store it into portions so that I can cook it throughout the week?

Thanks.

Response:

Hi Sam - first, I suggest you try this thread in which I answered the same question.

In short, I would divide your pasta into separate air-tight Tupperware containers (or similarly air-tight parcels of some kind) for each day in question.

Hope that helps,

Matt.
