Can you help?Thanks!Answer:Hi Klaus and thanks for your query,I suggest you try making such pasta parcels with egg-free fresh pasta, as this is more translucent than normal, thicker egg pasta. Egg-free pasta dough is made using a particular flour (durum wheat 'semolina' flour), water and a pinch of salt.
