Can I dry garganelli?

by Bob Owen
(Ashland, KY USA)

Can I make garganelli in advance and let it dry several hours?

Thanks.

Response: Certainly Bob, in fact that would really be perfect. Just leave your garganelli either on a clean kitchen towel, kitchen paper, or a well-floured plate!

Once dried, you can even pop them in a sealed plastic box (i.e. Tupperware) and they'll keep good for around a month.

Matt.
