Where can ring macaroni be purchased?

by Geanie
(Meridian, ID)

My Mom used to make a delicious chicken salad with ring macaroni (Creamettes, I believe, was the brand)
but I have been unable to find it in Idaho.

Can you help Matt?

Response:

Hi Geanie,

Good question. I've got busy on Google and some good US pasta retailers online, and here's what I found:

* This is the website of the Creamettes brand.

They even have a page to help you find a local retailer - click here for that.

* If that doesn't bring any joy, you should be able to buy their ring macaroni (such tiny shapes are also called 'ditali' in Italian) from Bob's Produce Ranch here.

Best of luck, hope that helps!

Matt.
