Wheat free pasta

by Chris
(Vancouver, BC)

Hi,

What types of wheat-free pasta exist and where can I buy these?

Answer:

In terms of pasta types Chris, lots of different shapes etc. are available.

For example, check out all these wheat-free pasta products on Amazon.

Specifically in Canada, you could also try Tinkyada (http://www.tinkyada.com), though you'll need to check whether they sell direct to customers or else can tell you which retailer is nearest to you.

Buon appetito,

Matt.
