I want to know what's the word in English which means when the pasta strands stick together?

You've got me stumped!

Hi,

Good question... and the truth is I've no idea! I wasn't aware there was a special word for this.

However, I'll ask my Pastastic newsletter reader's in the next issue and see if they've any ideas...

Until then, if such sticking is a problem, just throw in a little oil when boiling your pasta, and if you can use one of these spaghetti spoons (they work a treat!).
