Virgilio's in St. Thomas, USVI is fantastic.

Great food and a beautiful small restaurant in the heart of Charlotte Amalie. Caesar's salad made tableside, fresh homemade pastas.

The inside is like stepping into an old world restaurant. It's delicious and a complete surprise from the surrounding tropics.
