I just bought the Jamie Oliver pasta machine (seems to be the exact same) and made a lot of mistakes using it for the first time today.

Your tutorial will hopefully make it work better (I have some dough waiting at the moment!).

You're welcome! I haven't actually seen this machine up close and personal, and cannot find it under 'pasta' on Amazon (I'm assuming you're in the UK?).

However if it's anything like the Imperia machine then yup it's pretty simple to use and really useful for taking the strain out of pasta rolling.
