Terrible experience

I used my machine for the first time this Christmas. The handle never fit properly in the shaft. It kept coming loose. I came to find out a piece was broken off inside. THERE IS NO INFO ANYWHERE AS TO HOW TO GET THIS REPAIRED.

In addition, the way the model is made the crank and the clamp are on the same side. The crank kept banging into the clamp as we rolled out the dough. Just a miserable experience.

My husband bought me the attachments to go with the machine and I am going to pitch the whole shebang in the trash. JUNK!!!!!!!!
