Substitute for red wine
We do not drink wine.
Is there a substitute I can use for it?

In truth I don't know of a really suitable like-for-like substitute.
However whichever recipe you are referring to - at least if it's a pasta dish on this site - won't be severely affected by not having wine in its sauce.
It's not an essential ingredient, it's just a nice-to-have - your dish will taste slightly different but it will still be super tasty!
Note: I initially thought about suggesting grape juice, but as this is often quite sweet I don't think that's such good advice.
Which recipe in particular you were thinking of trying? If you let me know, maybe my pasta-expert Italian in-laws can suggest a perfect replacement that suits that dish...
