Pasta Pot: Rachael Ray 8-Quart Covered Oval

by Matt
(Pasta Recipes Made Easy)

This highly popular Rachael Ray pasta pot holds up to 8 quarts of liquid and has been ergonomically thought out well with its comfortably shaped side handles.

Capable of handling ovens of up to 400 degrees, this multipurpose pot is oval in shape so that you can better fit it on your hob when there are other pans cooking away already.

Produced by quality pot maker Analon to Rachel's design, this pot is perfect not only for boiling up pasta (it's top vents make draining away the water an easy task - no colander required!), but other big dishes like stews, roasts and soups too.

And although unlike other pots in her range it doesn't have those big bright orange handles, Amazon reviewers of this pot don't seem to mind that omission.
