Pasta Pot: Norpro Krona 8 Cup Multi Pot

by Matt
(Pasta Recipes Made Easy)

This tall, traditionally-shaped pasta pot holds eight cups (1.9 liters) and features a straining lid with two different hole sizes that you just turn to drain away the water and leave your cooked pasta ready to serve - all without the need for a colander/sieve.

Inside the pot it features standard and metric measurements, to help you pour in exactly the right amount of water, and its see-through lid means you can easily keep an eye on water levels when cooking dishes like risotto for example.

Like all high quality pasta pots its base is a true work of scientific ingenuity: its so called Try-Ply approach makes sure that heat is conducted evenly across the base (from hob to water), meaning there won't be any hot spots and the food within shouldn't burn in a particular spot (at least so long as you don't forget it's on!).

Not only that, but older buyers will like this pot's light weight - meaning it shouldn't strain you when you pick it up full.
