This French-inspired 'Bonjour' (good day) pastry mat measures 16 x 24 inches and oozes pure product class.

It features weights and measurements down the right, the now-standard range of circular pie diameters in the center, and each size is marked to be effectively a measuring ruler; the top end in inches, the bottom in European metric centimeters.
