My pasta sticks together when boiling!
Whenever I boil homemade pasta it all gets stuck together in one giant blob!
What am I doing wrong?
Response: Hi there, this is actually quite a common issue. But it's easily solved.
I am guessing you have made long fresh pasta, such as tagliatelle. In the case of such long pasta, 2 things will stop the sticking:
* Add a glug of olive oil into the water.
* Use a spaghetti spoon to stir the pasta often as it boils.
This stirring should apply whatever your pasta's length actually. Short pasta doesn't need stirring quite as much, but still every minute or so.
