I use this Imperia pasta maker quite often

by Petra
(Germany)

I purchased this Imperia pasta maker earlier this summer and have used it quite a bit. I had no trouble assembling it. I usually roll it to a #5 thickness and then cut the noodles. Mine did not come with a brush.

I can recommend this machine to anyone wanting to make pasta. Oh, and if you are thinking about getting a motor for it, don't - it cranks so easily that it would be a waste of money.

Couldn't agree more about the crank

Hi Petra,

You're right on the money there! I find there's really no pressure required to turn the handle, so I really can't understand why people buy the electric version.
