I love my old Imperia pasta machine

by Ricardo
(Melbourne, Australia)

I'm not new to making pasta so I do not know how I came to this site. I find it cool and informative.

Anyway I bought an Imperia pasta machine when as newlyweds we needed a pasta fix in Australia.

Coming from Argentina 33 years ago we had a hard time finding fresh pasta so we bought our own machine which we still use today, and occasionally buy accessories, and they fit the Imperia gauge perfectly.

Cheers!
