I am making lasagna for 30, bolognese sauce frozen, how soon can I assemble

I made bolognese sauce and froze it. Now I have a party on Saturday night for 35 people.
Can I defrost the sauce, cook my lasagna noodles, and make lasagna on Thursday, then refrigerate it all until reheating on Saturday?
Answer: Hi Carolyn and thanks for this great question...
Our suggestion is simply this:
Defrost the sauce and prepare your lasagna with it on Friday (you don't need to cook the lasagna sheets at this stage).
Then simply keep it in the fridge overnight and cook it for the usual 20 minutes on Saturday, just giving it time to cool a little.
This way it's a little less complicated and there's less reheating involved.
