How to make nice and simple organic pasta for cancer patient (my hubby)

by Jeanie Yeap
(Penang, Malaysia)

I've never cooked in my life so please teach me in a simple and understandable way.....

Jeanie.

Reply: Hi Jeanie. I'm very sorry to hear about your husband.

If you are new to pasta cooking, I suggest you start with these very easy pasta recipes (obviously the fresher the ingredients, the better - do you have a local market you can buy them from?).

You should also try this really wholesome and nutritious vegetable pasta salad.

You should find some dishes here that you and your hubby like. Let me know how you get on, and if you have more questions just get in touch okay?

Matt.

Reading this book that you might find interesting...
by: Matt - Pasta Recipes Made Easy

Hi again Jeanie,

Just a quick update to let you know I'm reading a fantastic book, in which a leading scientist who has researched nutritional issues for 40 years is discussing the link between nutrition and cancer development.

I thought, considering your husband's situation, that this might be of interest to you.

It's here on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/China-Study-Comprehensive-Nutrition-Implications/dp/1932100660/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1295113327&sr=1-1

I haven't finished it (only 1/4 way through), but he's already talking about how low-protein diets (i.e. no meat, just plant foods) were proven in some tests to put a halt to cancer progress.

Of course I'm no doctor, but maybe take a look and draw your own conclusions?

Ciao,

Matt.
