Fresh pasta feedback: tender and oh so delicious!

First time making homemade pasta
If I had known that making homemade pasta would be this delicious I would NEVER have bought it in a box, pre-made!
I have just done my own tutorial to my sister via text message, with photo's taken at each stage, showing her the difference between making it with the pasta machine and without, by rolling and cutting by hand.
Both are exceptionally delicious and well worth every moment of your precious time. There is no substitute in my opinion.
Matt, I even used your idea of hanging the spaghetti from my cake rack, which I have suspended between two tall popcorn baskets. I will now invest in a pasta drying rack and perhaps a few other gadgets.
I am determined to start making my own sausage for the pasta sauce as well. The less processed food we have, the better for our health.
I will be making the spinach pasta noodles next. So many veggies, so many varieties to try! It looks like most anything can be incorporated into pasta!
And Matt... your pasta making videos taught me how to do this the easy way and I have to thank you for an everlasting gift that I will share over and over again.
Today is my first time making it and as I had emailed you, I purchased a pasta machine secondhand for US $20 dollars yesterday. It is ridiculously easy to use and I don't have an instruction booklet.
Last night I made your ragu sauce and I have to say it's delicious! My hubby even loves it and he doesn't fawn over Italian sauces.
To make fresh pasta right the first time is a tribute to your tutorials and explanation. To make it right the second time an hour later is due to my exceptional talent grin.
Thank you for your wonderful site!
