Cucina Pro pasta machine review

by Carol
(Sanford, FL)

The Cucina Pro is a very good pasta machine - not an Imperia, but adequate.

Expect to pay US $59.00 for the deluxe package with all the attachments.

I love the linguine, lasagne, spaghetti and fettucine cutters, but didn't like the ravioli attachment - it makes them too small, so I cut them myself.

Other than that, a fine piece of equipment!

Good to know and a question
by: Matt - Pasta Recipes Made Easy

Thanks for the tip Carol.

One quick Q: which particular Cucina Pro model do you use?

(Try clicking the blue link I created in your post above - is yours one of those machines shown on that Amazon page?)

Would love to know this, but either way I'm sure readers will find your thoughts really useful.

Thank you and enjoy your pasta making!

Matt
