Can I make fresh ravioli, leave it in the fridge then cook it the next day?
I have to make a pasta dish tomorrow, and am using fresh pasta to make ravioli.
I need to make it beforehand, so can I make it today then leave it in the fridge till I need to cook it?? It's spinach and ricotta....
Answer: Hi there - good question.
If it's only going to be for one day, then you should be fine.
I suggest putting as much space between the ravioli as you can when storing in the fridge, and lightly flouring the plate to try and avoid them sticking together.
