Bought mine in Sardegna, Italy

While living in Italy I wanted to immerse myself in the economy so I bought this pasta machine. I love it and can't use it enough!

It is quite beefy but once you get the hang of it it is very easy to do. I recommend using duruam wheat, eggs and no water for your dough. Also refrigerate for a couple of hours - the noodles are less crumbly that way.

And now sadly, I have moved and I can't seem to find my roller. I may have to break down and buy a new one!
